In the payment order the Buyer must specify the number of the Contract, the account number, and the name of the Goods.

The total amount of the Purchase order (the cost of Products) consists of the sum of the costs of each batch of Products and is agreed by the parties. Prices for each batch of Products in the Specifications are indicated without VAT. The cost of Products supplied under this Agreement includes VAT.

The VAT rate is set in accordance with the current legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Payment is made by transferring funds to the Iplast Industries current account.
