Designed for transporting and storing chilled or heated food products (drinks, vegetables, fruit, meat and fish products, baked goods, etc.) that are sensitive to temperature changes. The container is made of virgin material, which guarantees its high durability and long service life.
The inner height of 320 mm is specially designed for 1.5 litre PET bottles.
The KV 6432 container holds 18 standard 1.5 litre bottles with a height of 319 mm.
For stable operation on automated lines there are safety elements on the two short sides of the container for coupling the containers.
Improved handles - they have improved ergonomics and are more comfortable to work with (rounded, with a thickening for a more comfortable grip).
The lid is reinforced with stiffening ribs and can withstand a static load of 120kg.
The lid is customised to the size of the container and does not protrude beyond the perimeter of the container, which improves logistical performance during transport
Two 4.5 mm diameter sealing holes on the short side of the container to secure the contents. The holes are off-centre (away from the handle) for easy carrying of the container with the seal.
The lid has a hole with a guide tunnel to make it easier to get the tail of the seal into both holes.
Label slots are provided on the short and long sides of the container.
Maximum label size is 60x45 mm on the long side and 30x40 mm on the short side.
Under the "skirt" in the upper part of the container there is a place for RFID tag.
Empty crates are efficiently disposed of by being stacked inside each other, saving up to 60 per cent of vehicle and warehouse space during transport and storage.
