Collapsible Container Polybox offers significant savings on quality modern reusable packaging for products and equipment. Container components (pallet, wall, lid) can be purchased separately if required. The container is designed for packaging, transport and storage of various products in a wide range of applications: - petrochemical industry, including various grades of rubber, - car industry when transporting goods by sea, road and railway transport, - warehousing and in-plant logistics, - trade, - foreign economic activities, - pooling projects as a reusable container. The container consists of a pallet, a wall, a lid and a polymer sheet up to 3 mm thick, which is placed on the pallet. All of them are made of virgin polypropylene, which provides high strength characteristics. The difference of the new product is that with a weight of only 8kg the pallet can withstand a static load of 600kg and a dynamic load of 500kg. If required, the pallet can be reinforced with 2 tubes to reinforce the structure and increase the load capacity, increasing the static load capacity by 2 times to 1,250kg and the dynamic load capacity to 600kg. The new Polybox is an excellent alternative to metal containers The containers are supplied collapsible, allowing them to be compactly stacked in a single set when empty and saving internal space in the vehicle and warehouse. When loaded, the containers are stacked stably on top of each other. This saves storage space and allows the goods to be stored without additional racking equipment. The design of the pallet, bottom and lid is such that when the container is assembled and stacked, the parts fit neatly into each other, preventing the container from shifting and sliding relative to another container The new container does not integrate into the stack with the current Polybox container due to the changed design of the pallet and lid. For visual distinction, when the old and new containers are used at the same time in the company, the lid and tray of the new container are in blue colour.
